Holly Rubin

Biography

Holly is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in the Strategy & Technology Reliability Engineering Organization located in Murray Hill, NJ. Most recently, she has been the reliability lead for Nokia’s lunar LTE communications project. Her work experience includes mitigating the reliability impact of aggressive environments on electronic equipment, assembly material qualification, component and optoelectronic module qualification, manufacturing process development, warranty expense reduction initiatives, introduction of a corporate component part numbering scheme, and technology roadmapping.  She has participated in industry consortia helping to understand and resolve industry wide reliability questions associated with specific assembly and component issues.  Holly received a Ph.D. degree in chemistry from Princeton University.
