Biography
He worked at Korea Institute of Science & Technology as a student researcher (2003~2009) and worked at Korea University as a Post Doctorial (2009~2010). Since July 2010, he has been working at Bell Labs Seoul as a member of technical staff. His work was related to GaAs-based quantum dot laser diodes for optical communications. His interesting research areas are novel photonic devices incorporating silicon and nano photonics technologies. He has authored and coauthored over 30 journals and conference proceedings.
