Biography

BACKGROUND

Praba is a partner in the Enterprise Practice of Bell Labs Consulting who is based in London yet currently works out of Malaysia. With over 20 years of experience working on both fixed and wireless technologies in multiple capacities and industries, he has helped service providers and industries set themselves apart in their pursuit of innovation and technological and operational excellence. A firm believer of a connected world, Praba is passionate about driving cutting edge technological advancements that will unlock safety, productivity and efficiency gains – all with an ESG mantra at the wheel of innovation. Much of Praba’s earlier work was on optical network technologies, including being a contributor and co-author of recommendations for the Malaysian Technical Standards Forum Board (MTSFB). His current role focuses on driving thought leadership, business and network evolution strategies.

COMPETENCIES

Praba is an expert on transport network strategy development and network architecture. He has focused on various aspects of mission-critical communications network, public safety mobile broadband and techno-economic assessment. He also deals with network modelling, such as capacity analysis, resiliency strategies, consolidation and optimization.
