Biography

Previously Vice President of Bell Labs communications, Richard was the editor of the 2016 book Future X Network: A Bell Labs Perspective and is co-editor with Steve Weinstein of the upcoming third edition of the IEEE ComSoc’s A Brief History of Communications.
