Biography
Saeed R. Khosravirad is a Bell Labs member of the technical staff. In his role he has contributed to wireless networking technologies beyond conventional mobile broadband: this includes wireless communications for cyber-physical applications and cloud-robotics, artificial intelligence as enabler of radar sensing to create digital twin of the world, and electromagnetic and circuit theory as essential elements of understanding and expanding communications and information theory. He received his Ph. D. degree in telecommunications from McGill University, Canada. Prior to that, he received the B. Sc. degree from the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Tehran, Iran, and the M. Sc. degree from the department of Electrical Engineering, Sharif University of Technology, Iran. During 2018-2019, he was with the Electrical & Computer Engineering department of University of Toronto, Canada as a Visiting Scholar. He is a senior member of the IEEE and holds more than 100 published papers and patents.
