Silvio Mandelli

Biography

Silvio Mandelli received his PhD in information technology at Politecnico di Milano in 2016. He works at Nokia Bell Labs in Stuttgart as senior researcher, receiving the Distinguished Member of Technical Staff award in 2023 and Nokia Inventor award in 2019, 2020, and 2022. His areas of interest are statistics, signal processing and machine learning applied in radio resource management, and wireless localization and sensing.
