SiYoung Jang

Biography

SiYoung Jang joined the Pervasive Systems team at Nokia Bell Labs, Cambridge in 2022. His research interests lie broadly in wireless networking, IoT & edge, mobile sensing, on-device AI systems (e.g., TinyML), and edge AI systems (e.g., edge video analytics). SiYoung has earned his Ph.D. from school of computing at KAIST, South Korea.  Prior to joining Bell Labs, he was a postdoctoral researcher in School of Computing at KAIST. During his Ph.D, he has worked on building efficient and flexible video analytic systems at the network edge.
