Soumyajit Chatterjee

Biography

I am currently a Research Scientist at Nokia Bell Labs Cambridge. My research interests are primarily surrounding federated learning, TinyML, applied machine learning for mobile and ubiquitous systems. Currently, I am working on projects involving Federated Learning, On-Device Learning, and TinyML. Prior to joining Bell Labs, I completed my Ph.D. (with institute fellowship) at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. During my Ph.D. I worked on mobile and ubiquitous systems with a primary focus on the behavioral dynamics surrounding human activities.
