Biography

Sriram is a Principal Consultant with Bell Labs Consulting based in Chennai, India. He has more than 20+ years of telcommunication and IT industry experience. With his techno-economic expertise, he focuses on strategic transformation of organization towards a digital-first organization with a keen interest on  automation and digitalization leveraging Big Data Anaytics, AI/ML technologies. He likes to reengineer processes to deliver top in class customer experience and creating value for the organization. Before joining Bell Labs Consulting, Sriram worked as a Portfolio Manager in Nokia Mobile Networks business group developing and managing a portfolio of Digital and Enterprise Services.

Education

Sriram holds a Masters in Business Adminstration (MBA) from Pondicherry University and a Bachelors in Technology (B.Tech) degree specialized in Information Technology from University of Madras, Chennai. He is a PMI Certified-Project Management Professional (PMP®), Nokia Certified Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt Mentor, Nokia Certified Mentor and BP Group Certified Process Professional (CPP) Masters & Champion.
