Biography
I am a researcher at Nokia Bell Labs in Espoo. My research interests here include privacy preserving machine learning, mainly under the constraints of differential privacy.
Recent work
- Practical Differentially Private Hyperparameter Tuning with Subsampling (accepted for oral presentation, TrustML-unlimited @ ICLR 2023)
Before, joining Nokia Bell Labs, I was a post-doctoral researcher in the Probabilistic Machine Learning group in the department of Computer Science at Aalto University, Helsinki in Finland. I explored the topic of privacy preserving Bayesian inference. Before moving to Finland, I worked on my Ph.D thesis at the University of Warwick, UK with Prof. Graham Cormode. Previously, I did my masters with Prof. John Augustine at wonderful IIT Madras in India.
