Registration / Log-in
The supplier would have received an invitation email from SAP Ariba domain (@ansmtp.ariba.com) with the subject “Invitation: Register to become a supplier with Nokia”. Follow the steps in the email to register.
If you do not know your username or password, go to the Supplier Login page and click Forgot Username or Password to begin the reset process.
The registration on SAP Ariba is primarily for a company, but it involves creating individual user accounts for persons within the supplier organization who will interact with the buyer on the platform.
Check your spam/junk folder for the invitation email. If the email is not available in spam/junk folder, please reach out to your Nokia category manager to ensure the correct supplier email id is used for inviting.
Yes you can use the same account. However you need to link your existing account to Nokia by following below steps :
Click on the registration invitation link. If prompted to log in, enter your existing SAP Ariba credentials.
The system will automatically detect and link your existing ANID with the new Nokia invite.
If prompted to create a new account, look for an option to link an existing ANID as a link or button saying "Use Existing Account".
If you do not have a user name linked to your company (ANID), follow the Nokia registration email to sign up i.e. create user name and password.
Yes, one company can have multiple accounts. However, you can use one SAP Ariba Network (ANID) to link Nokia.
To add users in the same company account, request your Nokia category manager.
If a supplier has already used Nokia SAP Ariba for POs and invoicing and has a trading relationship on the Ariba Network, they don’t need to create a new account. They can use their existing user account to submit the RFx.
From the Ariba Business Network screen (P2P screen) upon login, the supplier can switch to the “Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires” page to participate in the RFx event by clicking on the system selection dropdown next to the SAP logo.

Supplier's terms and conditions need to be agreed with your Nokia category manager.
Duration of the RFQ is decided by the respective Nokia category manager.
The e-Auction will be set according to the participating suppliers availability. It might happen that one of the participants is in far east geographical location and the other is in west, then your Nokia category manager will strategize and communicate accordingly.
Dutch e-auction is total cost auction, therefore only one supplier is selected.
As a supplier, you do not get to know the number of participating suppliers in any e-auctions. In English reverse e-auction, know your rank, so you get to know how many suppliers are ahead of you.
Nokia SAP Ariba has the capability to conduct multiple and different types of e-auctions in a product category.
