As Chief People Officer (CPO), Lorna leads the development and execution of Nokia’s People strategy across the organization. 

Lorna has over 20 years of experience in people leadership roles for large scale global businesses in various industries and geographies. She is highly experienced in all aspects of Human Resources with a background in employment law. Lorna is highly skilled at driving transformation change, operational, commercial and leadership capability.

Lorna has a particular passion for building inclusive cultures, which create a strong sense of belonging, and that fuel innovation and performance. 

Lorna completed her studies at the Universities of Glasgow, Edinburgh and North Carolina.

Lorna is based in Espoo, Finland. She enjoys cooking, tennis, golf, Pilates, the outdoors, travelling and spending time with her family.
